Does it make sense to have *two* rule files? 025-lfs.rules and 026-blfs.rules?
Each dev team can manage the appropriate rules files to set the rules
as they need them. In the BLFS Post-LFS section, a "copy the
026-blfs.rules file" comment would cover all the bases? That way the
BLFS dev team could manage and test the required BLFS specific rules
in a signle file, and make appropriate changes as needed.
