Actually, I had a mess around and found that the scroll bar is traversible. By setting XmNtraversalOn to False on the scrollbars it will probably fix your problem or at least make life a little better. Arguably this could be regarded as a bug in the widget code and the fix is trivial enough to not warrant a patch but it could also be fixed in your application through code or resources.
