The advantages of composing in GitHub are *huge*. I'll be posting all long 
posts there, including my Engineering Notebook posts

I particularly like the preview, edit, strikethrough and code listing 
capabilities. Being able to separate a long post into separate comments is 
also important.  I can even more text from one comment to another.

Finally, the GitHub editor feels much easier to use and looks way better.
