Someone mentioned something about keeping Moore - apparently he was on something like £8k a week, so no surprise he was let go!
Despite the headlines to the articles, Beckford didnt actually say he wanted to stay at Scunny, he said that he had a great time there and was happy with his contribution. When I read them I thought he would be more than happy to come back to Leeds, although it would be a good consolation to stay at Scunny in the championship. Beckford and Kandol might prove very useful players for us in League One, Beckford especially as he now knows he has what it takes to score goals at that level, ie confidence.
