Kelly would be an awful idea in my view,  he needs to go and cut his teeth 
at an irish league club or something to learn the trade.  The expectation 
and size of the job would be overwhelming

there are managers who you really wouldnt have ever considered before like 
Peter Taylor (brighton gillingham and Hull all promoted from league 1 (as 
is) Coppell (Brighton and Reading), tony pulis etc... there are good 
managers at this level but you wouldnt expect them to take you into the 
premiership

However as I mentioned i would give wise and bates 1 more season (unless 
league 2 is beckoning then I might change my mind)
