I think that's fair comment and it should also be taken into account that when Wise took over morale/team spirit etc. was pretty low and that whatever luck that is going was not going our way due to our lowly league position. ( I know luck shouldn't come into it but whatever anybody says, it always does, and in the years I've been watching this game it has always been the case that sides that are struggling always seem to get the shitten end of the stick, i.e. when you're down at the bottom the ball hits the post and comes out, when you're at the top it hits the post and goes in). I supported Blackwell at times when you in particular Rich, and others were calling for his head because I thought under the circumstances he did a good job getting us to the play-offs. However the form we showed towards the end of last season and mostly at the begining of this was abysmal and I feel we have a stronger squad and are playing better football now than under Blackwell.
