Oystein. Agreed with you totally on that mate. We have got to support him
and the team.

These are the reasons I personally don't like Wise.

I admire a lot of Chelsea players past and present, but Wise has definitely
never been one of them, and if he had played for Leeds not Chelsea I still
wouldn't of liked him full stop.

I don't think Dennis Wise would ever get anywhere near being classed as a
legend except maybe with one or two hardcore Chelsea fans. As a player I
think he would of fitted in the same category as someone like a Lee Bowyer.

As far as Chelsea are concerned, I'm not one of the regular Leeds supporters
with my view of them as I don't hate them, even though I often join in the
fathers gun song and banter at the games, I actually quite admire them. I
even hope they win the Champions League and bring some silverware home to
England.

So as you can see it is definitely not because he played in a Blue shirt
that I don't particularly like Wise. It's basically because as a player he
was a dirty vicious little twat. Sure not quite in the same category as Roy
Keane for example in his thuggery, but not too far behind. Maybe a division
below him.

As far as Wise not taking us lower is concerned. It is highly likely that at
some point during this season we will be bottom of the league. Even if it is
only for a day, we will spend some time right at the bottom. Might as well
get used to that fact. Things usually always get worse before they start to
get better, and there isn't too much we can do player wise until January
anyway is there?

It's going to be a bit scrappy until then. I am praying that we wont spend
too long at the bottom, and keeping everything crossed that Wise can turn
our fortunes around despite what I think of him. I am happy to give him a
fair go as our manager, and the only thing I will be doing in the next few
weeks is cheering the team on, all of the team.

Hopefully Wise can install a bit of a crazy gang mentality to our team, get
them actually working as a team, and get them thinking that everyone else is
against us. He can sort the rest of the shit out and the problems between
certain players in the Janurary transfer window.

What I'd do as a first priority if I was manager, sit down and speak with
all the players individually. Also leave an feedback box in the dressing
room and tell the players they can put an annonymous note in their with any
concerns they have or suggestions. It's a great way to understand everything
that is going on and for players to feel they can say something if they have
a problem or issue.

It's clear that there is something going on with some of the players and
Wise does need to get to the bottom of that as quickly as possible and
understand everything. Something definitely has to be nipped in the bud at
our club. Hoepfully Wise can wise up the team and give them all a clue.
