Exactly, and Wright and Bakke were loaned OUT. So in fact we have a stronger midfield this season not only in terms of the quality of ALL the players, but in numbers.

Two of those players last season were on loan. We haven't yet dipped into the loan market - there's no pressure to do so as loanees can ben taken on after the window closes.
Add Westlake and Aliou Cisse to this season's squad and it's definitely stronger.
In any case there's only room for four midfielders in the team!
