reunification who was asked about the prospects of a unified Germany becoming
more militaristic and aggressive in Europe and his reply was "We have no need to
march around Europe these days, if we wanted Poland we'd just buy it." !
More importantly from the England point of view let's hope they're a bit
more forgiving about Attlee sending back to the Russians large numbers of
Poles who fought for the Allies in 1945 to be murdered or sent to
Gulags.....
