5c983be uclient: update to 2017-09-06 and then rebased, deleting out the 3 last util-linux commits: e505f59 utils/util-linux: Update to 2.30.1 4fce22e util-linux: add missing dependencies 5c2c0f8 util-linux: don't need to build NLS support and built and installed an image.
