I wasn't looking for your contribution in particular, I was looking for non-guessing-game examples to look at the web sites and logs of to see whether communities work the way you make it sound like they do (as fully transparent and openly governed communities). I am not at all familiar with what the kde and qt communities are actually like and have to actually look at how they work, to make my own determination of the facts.
