now i see that no more fixes needed.
SpinEdit's are childs of TCustomEdit--so they ok today.
Others dont need work: they autosize in x/y and so this work (for one
line edits) not needed for em.
AutoSize scaling _overworks_ AutoAdjust scaling.
So AutoAdjust scaling can ignore other AutoSize ctrls.
Just curious: what widget set do you use for macOS?
