Wiki no, FPC guides yes. I believe somebody was working on a "wiki exporter" tool at some point, so the Wiki content could be made available offline. I assume it would result in offline HTML files. That could then be converted (with another tool) to INF in there was a need. ps: Don't knock my obsession with offline help. :) Just 3 weeks ago, I was stuck with no Internet for 7 days.
