Hi Dave, I also noticed that there isn't a "Security" tab. However when right clicking on the folder I see that there is a "Sharing and Security" menu item. Selecting this takes me to the "Sharing" tab of the Properties dialog. So try setting up Sharing on the folder to allow Read access for all users on your computer.
