Luca P, thank you for your assistance.  I am doing so good, I got the
card wrong.  I am using a PCI-MIO-16E-1.  That might help a bit.  So I
am using the PFT connections on the BNC 2090 and I usd the DAQ
solution wizard to come up with something pretty quick that reads the
encoder.  I just didn't give myself enough time to come up with the
solution, or at least part of it.  Thanks again.  Any other
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
