Hello, Have you taken a look at the Convert Strain Gauge Reading VI that ships with LabVIEW? You could still use an amplifier and then divide the input voltage by the gain and then feed the output to this conversion VI. The VI can be found by searching you functions palette for the word =91strain=92.
