Depends on what else you use the PCI bus for. It is slower performance for raw bit pushing than the AGP so if you have a smaller monitor use that one on the PCI bus. If you are also trying to acquire 60 MS/s of data, then I wouldn't recommend the PCI bus. It is a limited resource like everything else.
