One quick hint:
When you disable JavaScript in your borwser, reload the page and put the
mouse pointer into the green box, then there is still an Engish text.
You can find it in the file "download/index2.html".
Of course many links are pointing to webpages in English. However,
nearly no other language has a translated text.
