Although I can't help translate directly, I can help publicize the need for specific volunteers via our Facebook page, Twitter feed, mailing lists, website, etc. This can be a great way to find other volunteers willing to help out. This works especially well if you already have a volunteer willing to take the lead on coordinating the translation effort.
