Good. This happens in two steps:
1) Someone (this is usually Juergen) imports your work from Pootle into
the source code. This task will be tracked for Hindi in
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123968 and you should post
a comment there (you will need to register, same page) saying that
translations are ready to be imported. You will get an e-mail when the
import is complete.
2) Hindi ("hi") is added to the snapshot we build weekly, on
Sunday/Monday: http://ci.apache.org/projects/openoffice/#winsnap
I would also like to know, what are the test parameters which needs
to be checked and how to rectify/modify them.
We don't have a formal procedure for that. You simply download and
install the snapshot build and verify that all menus are displaying
correctly.
I would like to have hindi version available by makar sankranti (14th Jan).
If step 1 is done next week and the snapshot is successful, your build
should be ready on Monday 13th January.
