How do i create new language translation team for LibreOffice as other language teams on https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams ?. Is it just a matter of creating an account on wiki.documentfoundation.org and edit the language teams page ? I wish to start the language team for Santali language and contribute in translations of LIbreOffice with the help of community members. Please guide me on this aspect.
