Same problem with Czech language, it is fully translated, but LO pootle does have many strings that are still in English. No such problem on the official pootle server. And I checked the .po file in the 2.5.0 tag on github and it _contains_ the full translation, so no clue why it isn't used.
It's a pity they didn't fix the breadcrumb ordering before releasing 2.5.0, the project -> language instead of language -> project order is a pain.
