"Tajuk" is used for both heading and header. Headings are titles in the main body of text, formatted as Heading 1, Heading 2 etc. Header is the top area of the page. "Catatan Kaki" is used for both footer and footnote. Footer is the bottom area of the page. Footnotes are text in the footer referenced from the main body of text. I hope this helps.
