You submit a translation and it takes a minute or so to go through,
sometimes it doesn't go through at all and you have to reload the page.
Page loading is sluggish and no, it's not just 4 minutes every three
hours, it's been like this for the last 3 hours (dunno about before then
cause I wasn't working on it) and all of last night between ~ 6-11pm GMT.

What exactly do you mean with "inaccessible", when exactly did it
happen, what kind of action did you try to perform,..
Apart from that: The ~4minutes every three hours when the backup is
created still applies to that server. During that time, requests may
take long to complete because the database is locked.
