Rimas, thanks. I was properly logged in and still suffered from the issue. Tried this time on a different network, different system and it works. Not sure what to make of it.
I have added Rajesh to the project and granted him all privileges. I think Rajesh and I can take this forward. Do we have any localisation guides, so that terms have a consistency across languages?
