I have a LAN card in the TVA50. However I do not keep it connected
to LAN all of the time and everything here is behind a fire wall.
I originally purchased this new TVA50 with Version 1.0 of the
software. Some time ago, the link the Panasonic tech site was shared
and I downloaded and installed Version 2.0 which I think is actually
v2.18. It was updated with the files for that version via
instructions in bulletins/documents:
KXTVA 50 and 200 v2-0 upgrade features\TN-KXTVA-0707-2 V2.0.pdf
KXTVA 50 and 200 v2-0 upgrade features\TN-KXTVA-0707-1R V2.0update.pdf
No offense, but I do not know you. Understand my hesitance to make
access to my phone equipment to someone I have never met.

I have fax notification turned on to notify when a fax is received to
a certain extension. Seems fax notifications from the Auto Attendant
take several hours to be delivered instead of immediate. I went back
into the settings and see nothing in Fax Management which would cause
this. This TVA50 is using software version 2.02.
