Here's the scenerio: TD system with TVS50 VPS configured for auto-attendant. Caller dials the number, TVS answers, caller dials extension number. However, this extension is currently in use.
Currently, the TVS says something like "This extension is busy. To hold press 1, otherwise press 2." If you press 1, it keeps retrying, and telling you so. I only hear like 1 second of music-on-hold between retries. Where is the setting for this? Is it accessible via 998 or 999? I'd like it to wait at least 20 seconds before retrying, and at least 1 minute before giving up. Thanks.
