HI Mark,

Thanks for the reply.  At least for this customer, there is a certain handling
procedure for certain CO lines regarding inbound calls, hence my reluctance
not to mess with that.  It appears from other messages I've received that it
just isn't possible with this box.  Thanks for everyone's suggestions!
