Has anybody setup the Guest Billing on the KXTDA 100 as described on the KXTDA100. I have nearly working but with a few problems. The setup is as follows: KXTDA100 connected to 48 SLT with a KXT 7636 and DSS as the operator phone. The KXTDA100 has 4 analogue lines connected and Paytone card to the Line card for charging.. I am using the 'check in' and check out' feature on the KXT 7636, when this operates correctly the operator can check in a guest by pressing the 'check in' button on the DSS key and enter the room/ext number this opens the phone in the room for dialling. This all works correctly for me when I am checking in. I check out a guest by doing following - press the 'check out' key and the press the DSS key for the relevant room/ext number. The problems is it only giving the option to check the guest out it should show me on the LCD on the KXT 7636 the call cost if there is any and the option to print or edit an invoice. I do have a printer connected to the SMDR of the KXTDA100 and it is showing when the customer checks in and checks out, If a guest makes a call it will show it on the printer but it does not on the KXT7636 as it should when checking out. What I am missing is there extra card or upgrade required I am using version 3 software..
