Hi all.

Have a huge problem on TDA600 system. TDA600 equipped with 4x16DLC, 2xPRI30,
2xDHLC8, 1xOptioncard with MSG.
Have a ICD group with 15 members, all phones are KX-T7633 with DSS-console
KX-T764o where all incoming calls arrive. Periodic when they are attemting
to forward calls to outside line (CO) the forwarding procedure are blocked
by the message "No access". Then on the next call they forward it works fine
and then there can go a while without problems.
Pana tech support say the problem is related to some restrictions in COS but
all members and other users on the system is in COS1 without any
restrictions. Tried to eliminate errors on PRI acces tried to change from
High-Low to Low-high and Rotation, problem still persist.
Any help is appriciated.
