Hi. I have a tvp50 and I need to disable the general delivery mailbox. I don't want the callers to hear the option that they can leave a message. I didn't activate any mailbox because the only mailbox i want is the 999 (system ad mailbox) which i would use in case i change my mind and activate some mailboxes.
Another reason why i want the GDM deactivated is because i only get empty messages and it's such a pain if you have to listen to about 20 to 30 empty messages. Hoping you could help me.
