The TD308 will work with any of the digital 7200 series or 7400 series phones (it will not work with the newer 7600 series) It will also work with the 7000 series and the 7700 series analog phones but only on the first 4 extension ports, unless you add an expansion card. Also, the analog phones require 4 conductors to be connected through each jack, while the digital phones only need the second pair to be connected.
