I'll be the straight man. What is CTI link for? We have Logmein.com set up on the PC in front of the PBX...yeah, the customer has access to the software so he and I can get to the VPN router and the PBX :-) It was a straight addition of the IP PC card and a VPN router. >I am in the process of doing this. Likewise, I have this set up on my laptop, but I have yet to try a VPN Client. It works great on the VPN Gateway when I'm in my office. We did have to add loss for his Intercom to Intercom calls.
