I finally got it sorted and feel my findings would help someone in the same situation Under port settings on the BRI card the setting, and under the “supplementary services” tab, the setting “CT” controls bonding on ISDN Extensions The setting to enable channel bonding should be yes In version 3 UK software you need to set it to no to enable bonding It only took three phone calls and several hours pulling the remainder of my hair from my head to find this out Thanks again Jody -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
