I have a KXTDA 200 UK version installed with a PRI (16 channels) and a 4 BRI (SO MODE) installed When I try use a video conference unit on the SO extensions it will only pull one channel (64k) I have checked the SO with an ISDN tester and it too will only pull one channel Panasonic tech support say that by default the SO should select as many channels as are available I have even gone to the trouble of defaulting the system and still have the same problem Anyone got any ideas?
