With a wheelbarrow full of money, yes. If your audio source is variable, like say a church service or live show, the choices are very narrow and expensive. Look to use a broadcast solution, like the Telos products. If your audio source is fixed, ie you have a message that is prerecorded and lasts x amount of minutes, any voice mail system or the Nel-Tech Tel-A-Greeter can answer the phone, play the message, and hang up. Your major problem is going to be the first thing you said...HUNG OFF OF AN EXTENSION. Most of the answer and deliver systems will look for a CPC signal to drop the call and a Panasonic extension doesn't give that unless it's coupled to a voice mail system.
