The original order was a PRI but it was changed due to the fact that we had  
ordered a T1 card because the customer said it was not a PRI but when we 
arrived  on the job it turned out to be a PRI and we only had a T1 card so the 
provider  changed it to a T1 otherwise the customer would be without phone 
service. It  turns out to have 24 channels and is b8zs. If it is a timing 
problem 
wouldn't it  happen on all calls? There are 30 DIDs.
