I have a customer that I just installed a T1 card in their TDA200 and they 
notified me that some of the calls they get it is hard to understand the party 
that called. They claim it sounds like the person is under water. They never 
had this problem before and it happened when different people called. It does 
not happen often.  The provider claims to have checked their end and claims it 
not to be a problem on their side. I also programmed their phones to have lines 
01 - 23 on the flexible keys but I only get dial tone upto line 16. The 
provider told me that they have 23 channels. Any ideas?
