We just got a new TVA200 and set up our custom service prompt to automatically transfer some calls when the caller wants to talk to a sales rep in another state. The problem here is that the volume diminishes too much for the rep to hear the caller well. Something to do with dB loss on the first call and then more dB loss on the second call.
