And if you can show him how to set timed reminder from the room, you must have a manual. Check out timed reminder remote. It starts 7*1 EXT HH MM 0/1 0/1 for AM/PM and Once/Daily You're going to have to do it from the Attendant phone from whichever PBX controls the extension.
