The 100 I believe comes with the 102 card, only one digital port (2 analog
ports) thus only 165 and 166 will work.

Check the card.  If you have a 2 circuit board card, then it is a 102.  A
single board is a 204 digital card.

only pair two is used on the line cord, ksu 07 handles ext 165/166 and ksu
