I am reinstalling a KX-TD816 & KX-TVS100 phone system and I have a question:
I currently have port #7 and #8 on the KX-TD816 configured for Voice Mail,
and it appears that I have 4 ports (2 physical RJ11 jacks) configured on the
KX-TVS100, and I have two 4-conductor cords connecting the two devices,
however only extensions 165 and 166 actually go to Voice Mail - extensions
167 and 168 come up as 'Not Valid'.
What am I doing wrong?
Any assistance would be appreciated. I am a newbie to this phone system.
