Hello,

I have an issue that I will like to share with you. I have established a
connection between a TDA100 and TDA30, through VoIP cards 484.

When a call from TDA100 is routed to TDA30 lets say from DISA and then
transferred back to TDA100, the system keeps 2 channels of VoIP open. The
result is that the quality of speech becomes very low with problems like echo,
delay etc. the manual says: 'If the same trunk group is used for the incoming
call and the transferred call, The call between PBX-1 and PBX-2 is released,
and the call is connected directly to the transfer destination of extension of
PBX-1.'

If you make internal transfer between PBXS using only the trunk group of VoIP
channels then the system understand that it has to release all the back and
forward, and keep only the route from first caller to the last.

Now the problem is that I cannot put the CO and VoIP channels to the same trunk
group. How I am going to fix local access and ARS?

Thank you for your time.
