Just a thought, the KX-TD KSU's have a Power Failure Transfer (PFT) Relay
built in, is this relay line powered directly or does it go through the
mpu....A nice software feature would be to assign a PFT port as a modem
port whenever the device connected to that port goes off hook the KSU would
engage the PFT relay giving it direct access to the line and then lighting
the busy lamp on all DPITS phones the only problem I forsee is that there
is no hardware in the KSU that would allow it to release the line....i.e.
how do you detect the modem hanging up....
