I have a case in that the customer has toll codes that must be entered after the long distance number is dialed. These are used for stats and call management by the long distance provider.
A 23 channel PRI is used for the lines in/our and the provider says that there is no way on a selective basis to allow calls from some extensions to go through while others cannot. The problem is fax machines. Some users are upset that they must dial the number, then wait until the tone to enter a code number.
