I don't know man, but I was not impressed by that headset at all The volume level was a tad bit better but not enough to write home about it The newer models from Plantronics have gotten better though

Not exactly. The KX-T7731 doesn't work with any headset unless you have super hearing. The former or present PanaSupply has a great headset that gives you a loud sound, but it's about $60 plus the price of the phone. For that kind of money, you can buy a run-of-the-mill cordless and a $15 Panasonic headset.
