Thanks for the suggestion. Ring groups would work on the TDA100/200, but I can't find how to create a floating extension number (to appear on each "sales" instrument) for those people in the group on the TA824. In theory, the TVA50 would ring the floating exten number for a sales call choice from the AA.
In a further question, it appears there is no way to create a message waiting light for mailboxes that do not have a real extension. In the application I am facing, 10 of the people in the company have extensions, but there are another 12 people who do not, but who will have mailboxes. They want to have message waiting lights on the DSS for those 12 people. It appears I may need to upgrade them to a TDA100 to get these features? ----- Original Message ----- From: "cwc" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Charlie Brown" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, April 11, 2006 5:19 AM Subject: Re: kxta824 and tva50 phanton extension question ring groups ----- Original Message ----- From: "Charlie Brown" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <kxt@kxthelp.com> Sent: Monday, April 10, 2006 11:39 PM Subject: KX-T: kxta824 and tva50 phanton extension question > On the KXTD1232 systems, I have used phantom extensions to receive > incoming calls that have been directed to say "sales" by the voicemail > system.
