Sorry, for not knowing TA 1233 (we don't have it here in Greece). I'll try to help you with my knowledge in TD 1232. If something doesn't work you can always sent an email back and someone from the list will help you. You can fwd your calls to external CO. All you have to do is to permit forward to CO through COS settings [504] for TD 1232. If you do that you are ok about the forward, you can enable it from extension.
710629 phone number # The only problem is that you cannot use fwd to CO for no answer, neither use fwd no answer to another extension that it has fwd to CO. There can only be one stage of Call Forwarding. So I suggest you to use another trunk group for CO 5, and use as intercept for this trunk group one extension that it has fwd to CO enable.
