Dear All I have installed both of these systems in the last few days and have come up with two problems
First Problem: Setting up the Night Service as a flexible button. I am using the KXT 7630 telephone on extension 20 which is the operators ext. I cannot get the Time Service Mode Control flexible button to work correctly. From my understanding you can programme a flexible key for the Day/Night Service which be changed by pressing the flexible button. I am using the parameters 59 + 0/1/2/3/4 (+ # tennant No) not all at once...... What is the correct setup for setting up the day/night service. Second Problem: Call Forwarding to either intercom call or external call. When I set using the parameters in customizing your buttons or even on the PC it doesn't work is their anything I am missing. I am using the KXT 7630/33 telephones. Any help would be appreciated.
