Why are we looking at the TVS??  I believe that the question should be, 1 -
is the fax a dedicated CO line?  If so 2 -what CO is the fax on? Then
instruct the user to do a DIL 1:1 change from ext 114 to 104 in the KSU
programming.

you do need a cable, the fax detect setting is in the tvs75, you might be
able to hook up an slt to 114 and fw all calls to 104.
